Words Are the Tools of Spells Which Sentence Us
Words are mind-made. HUman-made. Conjured — and part of an Inner World.
An Inner World where magic is real.
When this is deeply understood, it can feel both exciting and frightening.
Exciting, because anything becomes possible. Our whole body resonates with that knowing — drawing to us wonderful people and unexpected adventures.
Frightening, because every internal or spoken thought steeped in guilt becomes a spell we cast upon ourselves.
And in a just internal system — a living reality — the guilty must eventually be judged.
They are sentenced to BEing caged.
To losing their freedom.
Internally, we are all — whether we carry guilt for ourselves or project guilt onto another.
It all lives in our Inner World.
And our Inner Self is ALL.
“May I interject, Angel?”
Of course, my friend.
You knew me when my words flowed freely in the writing of Ascension Battlefield, and you know I tend to keep talking unless kindly interrupted.
Your interjection reminds me — breathe.
To be here. To be conscious.
To stay aligned with the best of what I wish to BE… for you.
Please, go ahead.
“I’ve become greatly inspired. I’ve been reading more… learning deeply.”
I’m very glad to hear you’ve continued seeking — and from every corner.
Clarity arrives when the mind is open and the heart is ready to receive insight from multiple perspectives.
“I’ve read much about the Law of Attraction, and I understand the premise — ‘that which we focus on is drawn toward us.’ You know, ‘that which is likened to itself is drawn.’ Well… I’m confused.”
Yes?
“This frightening part… this guilty part. I try not to feel guilt — not toward myself, not toward others. But I see so much injustice. It hurts. Sometimes I feel angry. And then I attract situations I don’t deserve. But I also understand that reality begins within. Everything reflects outward. I want to make a difference. I want to stand for what’s right — but I’m starting to see that I don’t want that fight inside me. So how do I not condemn injustice? How do I not feel that pain? How do I stop myself from wanting to shake people awake?”
Ah, yes. The cycle of negative emotion has its grip.
I remember when I asked you in the book about a single negative emotion, and you responded with a flurry of scenarios — each reinforcing the discomfort.
Had I not gently pulled the reins, you would’ve happily, unhappily continued looping through that vibration.
“Yes, I remember.”
These moments — when we rehearse our pain, thinking we’re expressing truth — can fool us.
They feel like relief, but they also reinforce the very loop we wish to exit.
Sometimes, instead of expressing it, we internalize it. We carry it, justify it, bury it — unaware.
This, too, reinforces the frequency of guilt.
Thoughts of guilt — whether projected outward or inward — pool into the subconscious.
In our Inner World, where past and future don’t exist, the guilty await a trial that never comes…
Unless we bring peace to those fragments.
Even if we consciously know we’re not guilty… even if we know we are not the outer world,
the fear of guilt lingers.
And within, we are ONE.
That’s why this inner unease shows up in external life — scenarios that whisper, “Something isn’t free yet.”
And intuitively, we know this is Truth.
“So should I go looking for these parts of me that feel guilty?”
Not at all.
Remember what I wrote in Ascension Battlefield:
There’s no need to hunt our inner villains.
They always show themselves… when the moment is right.
These parts — waiting to be condemned or redeemed — appear when both fear and courage are present.
When we’re on the threshold.
When the nervous system trembles.
Sometimes, we misread that trembling as excitement. Sometimes, we reason with the fear and call it “growth.”
But if it’s a mask, it’s another spell — another silent guilt.
Fear isn’t guilt alone.
Fear is also about safety.
Somewhere inside, fear has been caged.
In one corner of our psyche, we fear being sent to the cage.
In another, we’ve locked ourselves inside.
In yet another, we believe an outside force put us there.
But in our Inner World — we are all of it.
We are the jailer, the judged, the courtroom… and the freedom.
We can recreate it.
But we mustn’t give it obsessive attention — unless it restricts our peace in real, tangible ways.
The most supportive thing we can do?
Focus — consistently — on what genuinely brings us peace, love, joy.
Those practices must become sacred rituals.
They strengthen the parts of us that can override fear without needing to fight it.
And when guilt reappears — because it will — we meet it from a place of peace.
Then, we choose how to respond.
Not with punishment. But with presence.
That’s when the spell breaks.
The sentence ends.
The resonance shifts — permanently.
Lesson learned. Cycle closed.
Internal justice is served.
And peace… finally, returns.
“Thank you, Angel. Again, you’ve given me much to reflect on. I look forward to joining you in meditation.”
Until then, my friend.
